New! University of Chester Wheelchair Basketball

We have set up a new University of Chester Wheelchair Basketball Club in partnership with the Cheshire Phoenix Wheelchair Basketball Club(WBC).

Come and try on Wednesday 29th September at the Chester Exton Park Campus sports hall from 7 pm-9 pm.

After the taster session, some sessions will be held at our Exton Park Campus, Chester, and also at the Cheshire Phoenix WBC HQ at Ellesmere Port Sports Village.

Regular sessions will be at Ellesmere Port Sports Village on Saturdays with Cheshire Phoenix WBC from 6.30 pm-8 pm.

We hope to be able to arrange friendly games against other local Colleges and Universities.

Who can join in?

Membership is open to current full or part-time students, previous students / Alumni or Staff.  

We welcome players with or without a Disability and we have sports chairs you can use.
