University of Chester Basketball

We are a UK university basketball programme that provides opportunities to play basketball for all experience levels from beginners through to elite level performers. We offer regular recreational basketball, and for those who wish to play competitively, we have teams who compete in British University & Colleges Sports leagues and in the Basketball England National League, which is a national club competition. For high-level performers, we have a comprehensive programme.

The University of Chester

The basketball programme is based in Chester at the University’s main Parkgate Road Campus. If you are interested in attending the University of Chester,  learn about the courses available, what life is like as a student and much more by visiting the University’s website.


The University’s Parkgate Road Campus boasts a wide range of facilities which are available for use by students and alumni, including two basketball courts, fitness suite, and specific space for strength and conditioning.
